OMB Bio
One Man Boycott are a Pop Punk / Rock band from
the U.K.
One Man Boycott is the creation
of Joe Brewer, based in the UK’s South West.
Initially launched as a solo project in 2013, it transformed into a
full-band effort by 2015. Known for blending pop-punk,
emo, and pop-rock, the band gained
momentum with singles like "If Only You'd Stay," "Stockholm
Swing," and "Sick Of It All," featured on their debut
album Counting The Seconds, produced by Grammy-nominated
Romesh Dodangoda. Praised by ROCKSOUND as
"Anthemic" and "One hell of a good time," the
band is a live must-see, earning a 7/10 rating.
These earlier releases were supported by an
impressive international touring and press schedule raising the bands
profile before the hiatus.
After navigating a few personally difficult years,
Brewer returned to songwriting in 2020, releasing several singles
between 2021-2023. These tracks allowed One Man Boycott to reconnect
with its fan base and experiment with more introspective moments
while retaining its signature catchiness.
Looking ahead to 2025, Brewer is set to get back
to touring acoustically alongside more full-band live shows,
including a highly-anticipated UK/EU acoustic tour.
Spanning cities across the UK, France, Germany, Belgium, and the
Netherlands, the tour promises intimate, stripped-back performances,
bringing new material and fan favourites to life. Alongside that
tour, Brewer has been hard at work on the next chapter of One Man
Boycott, with new full-band recordings and exclusively acoustic
tracks set for release during the year.
"Getting through these past few years has
reignited my passion for music," Brewer says. "2025's
touring schedule alongside the new full-band and acoustic material
set for release represents a fresh focus for me as an artist, and I
can't wait to continue sharing it all with our fans."
